The Office: mainly responsible for the library culture construction, environment construction, self-service printing and copying consultation;  

Ireader Remote Access Service: mainly responsible for the delaying of the remote access account and related consultation;

The Reference Department : mainly responsible for the consultation of the database, remote access system, paper submission and the electronic reading room;

The Acquisitions and Cataloging Department: mainly responsible for new book recommendation and acquisition, and answer for the suggestion of the collection development;

The Circulation Department: mainly responsible for the book lending and returning, Self-help borrowing and returning books, Inter-library loan application and answer for the periodical utilization;

Document Delivery : deliver the original document, including books, periodicals and papers, ISI proceedings and parts of theses and dissertations.
